Reminder: Assignments can change day to day so always check the student daily planner for the most accurate homework assignment as website assignments might change.

 

Math and Language Arts should take 20 minutes each. Please have your child stop after 20 minutes and if needed please write note on the work or in the student planner for me to know more about your student's progress. Thank you!

  • Read for 20 minutes. The parent signature in the planner will signify to me that the student read for 20 minutes. If you did not do the reading, please make a note in the planner and have your parent's sign the planner.
  • For your report, work on any or all of the following: final sections/subtopics, new text features to include, or you may need to reread your report thinking about ways you can incorporate primary source documents or do some of the work from the checklist you’ve planned. Think about all that you have learned as you make revisions, and you’ll especially want to consider the way that you can use text features to teach your readers—you all got some great ideas from the mentor texts we studied and from studying each other’s reports.
  • Math WB B pgs. 27-30 or Decimal Word Problem Challenge packet
