Visual & Performing Arts with Ms. Fordham

Hi!  My name is Kristy Fordham and I love being the TK-5th grade Visual & Performing Arts teacher!  I have worked as an educator in the Bay Area for over twenty years.  This includes over ten years experience as a classroom teacher, visual & performing arts instruction and administration, residencies as a teaching artist, and directing children's theatre.  

I studied theatre at Northwestern University, received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University, and earned a Master of Arts in Drama from San Francisco State University.  As an educator, my goal is to create joyful learning communities. When the learning environment is engaging, hands-on, and accessible in multiple modalities, all children shine and value learning through the creative process.
